24 children maximum per entertainer. Any more than this requires crowd control...hence an assistant or a second entertainer.
Make sure the space you are thinking to host the party in is big enough for the amount of children coming. We use a 12 ft diameter parachute...
You will have at least one phone call from your entertainer a few days prior to the party where they will find out all about your party arrangements, attendees and most importantly the birthday child. It's vital to understand a little of your child's character to tailor the tone of the party. All requests and issues you have can be discussed and agreed and should anything be forgotten, you'll have their mobile number so can call them back whenever you like.
At least one responsible adult/parent present throughout....Because:
Entertainers cannot be responsible for the discipline and supervision of children at the party. Neither can they be ferrying children back and forth to the loo!
An hour into the party, given that the excitement levels will be ever increasing it's a good idea to give all the children a drink and few nibbles... Keeps everyone refreshed and ready to push on for the second hour....More fun and games!
Your entertainer will provide prizes aplenty, pass the parcel and a special gift for the birthday child. If you want to push the boat out and also provide party bags that is up to you. Perhaps use this to give everyone a slice of birthday cake to go home with.
Socialising amongst parents and adult friends during the party is wonderful. Glass of wine, good old catch up, no problem... We ask only that you be aware of your noise levels if you're chatting in the same room as the children/entertainer.
